A. By browsing New, Bestsellers, Books, Reports, or CD-ROM Topics
B. Searching site contents by author, ISBN #, title, publication date, or keyword

2. How to Shop On-line?
A. Find the title you are looking for.
B. Click on the "Add to Shopping Cart".
C. "Shopping Cart" and "Checkout" button will take you to your shopping card.
D. Click on "Checkout" button in the shopping card and follow instructions. Security of on-line shopping is fully guaranteed.

3. Mail or Fax Orders
A. Complete this form and simply fax your Purchase Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express order.
B. Remember to fax your P.O. if ordering without prepayment

4. Purchase Orders
Orders are shipped with invoice after receiving Purchase Order from customer with established
credit. Terms are 30 days net.

6. Shipment
A. Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours.
B. Shipment cost is automatically calculated by software based on country of destination, number of books ordered (1 or more), and type of shipment. Books are shipped to all locations by courier (UPS or DHL, depending on availability). Ground shipment is only available in North America. Our shipment cost is low because we have large volume discount. If you are using a fax form locate your shipping zone price.

7. Satisfaction is Guaranteed
Books can be returned within 30 days from shipment date for full refund of book(s) price (the cost of shipment is not refunded).
Damaged books are not accepted.
